Wii - Image 1A new update for the HackMii installer has been released courtesy of the guys from Team Twiizers. HackMii Installer is handy homebrew tool capable of installing the latest update of BootMii, The Homebrew Channel 1.0.6 and DVDX v2. The latest update fixes the HBC 1.0.5 bug from the previous release.

wii - Image 1Team Twiizers is back to release a new update of HackMii Installer, a handy homebrew utility that is capable of installing the latest update of the Homebrew Channel, BootMii public beta 4, and DVDX v2 on any version of the Nintendo Wii's system menu. The latest update is set to counter the recently release Wii System Menu Update 4.2.

mpl - Image 1A new update of MPlayer CE has been released by Scip, Rodries, and the rest of the dev team. If you remember, MPlayer CE is a port of MPlayer by Team Twiizers which combines the features of MPlayerWii and GeeXboX. The new update of the Wiibrew media player has a ton of changes and improvements.

Nintendo Wii - Image 1Team Twiizers has looked through the Wii's new System Menu 4.0 (the one that has the new SD Card Menu) and found out a few interesting things about it. The best news for homebrewers is that both the Homebrew Channel and DVDX are still working. The bad news is that the Twilight Hack no longer works.

Wii homebrew - Image 1After quite some time, Team Twiizers' DVDX app has been given an update. DVDX allows you to run both home-burned and factory-pressed DVDs without having to spring for a modchip. This release is aimed primarily at Wii owners who are running System Menu 3.4.
