Getting stronger with The Force, the Wii is. Bensussen Deutsch & Associates has announced that they're manufacturing licensed Lightsaber accessories to give you the extra Jedi Knight feel when playing Star Wars games on your Wii. Also available are Clone Trooper blasters, in case you want to play the generic flunky.

Shia LaBeouf is clearly not a fan of the Wii. In an interview with The Big Download, Shia states that he doesn't "mess with the Wii" because "it's kind of an amateur console. I'm not into the Wii thing."

It seems Factor 5's financial problems has led to even more trouble after the developer shut down last month. Former Factor 5 employees are now suing the Lair developer for fraudulent behavior in order to get out of paying their debts, Gamasutra reports.

Factor 5, the San Rafael, CA-based US developer has now officially shut down for business after succumbing to financial trouble. The announcement was made on their official website, adorned with images of the games they have completed, mostly for the Star Wars franchise, and was also responsible for the PS3 title Lair.

Why play as Indiana Jones if you can go racing through jungles and ruins as rogue pilot Han Solo himself? Yes, LucasArts has revealed that Han Solo - or, at least, a costume/skin for Indy - will be crossing over to Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings as a playable character. LucasArts has released more details for the upcoming Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Republic Heroes game which is currently being developed by Krome Studios for PC, PS3, PSP, Wii, and Xbox 360. LucasArts Singapore is taking care of the DS version. More after the jump.

Here's an interesting-but-not-confirmed update to the saga of Star Wars: Battlefront 3's development. DarkZero reports that the game is now no longer in the hands of Rebellion Developments, suggesting that the game is back in the arms of Pandemic Studios.
