The ESA board must have been reduced to tears of joy yesterday - to them, I'm sure, they now believe there is a god. This week, the Swedish court has found the four operators of torrent site The Pirate Bay guilty as charged for copyright infringement and illegal activities (digitally distributing illegal copies of games and media content). Of course, ESA is more than happy with this victory against the ongoing war on piracy - so happy, in fact, that they had to come up with an official press release about it!

The Wii may have had a front loaded year, and you can argue till the cows come home about whether or not there are enough hardcore games on the system, but there are great games. Here's what we think are the cream of the crop....

If you missed out on Okami back when it was released for the PlayStation 2 (like me), you may want to check out this big batch of screenshots for the game. The screens show off the beautiful sumi-e style graphics, which is enough reason (for this writer at least) to pick up the Wii version when it comes out. What's next? That's the question we usually ask our favorite developers and guess whose turn it is now? Ready at Dawn, makers of PlayStation Portable titles Daxter and God of War: Chains of Olympus. For those who are eagerly awaiting the release of Okami on the Nintendo Wii this March, we have some bad news for you. Publisher Capcom has confirmed that the game will see another delay and will be launched in April instead. Know the full details after the jump!
