Homebrew coder Pembo has released a beta version of TeTWiis, a clone of the classic puzzle game Tetris for the Nintendo Wii. This release was based on the DS version of Tetris.

Homebrew coder Leathl has released a new version of ShowMiiWads, a Windows-based Wad file manager for the Nintendo Wii. The utility displays info about wad files, edits them and give a preview of the Banner and Icon. The latest update has added new features, bug fixes and various other improvements.

Satoru Iwata said earlier this month that they're planning to add game demos into WiiWare, and just about two weeks later, the first ones are now available. They sure went about that pretty fast. When more demos come in, you can avoid risking your gaming money on shovelware and iffy titles.
