Bensussen Deutsch & Associates has announced that they're manufacturing licensed Lightsaber accessories to give you the extra Jedi Knight feel when playing Star Wars games on your Wii. Also available are Clone Trooper blasters, in case you want to play the generic flunky.

Color seems to be Nintendo's little attraction project as of late. Following the release of the Black Wii and the Red DSi, they're giving away a Wiimote, a Nunchuk, and a Wii MotionPlus in a fresh new color to take some heat out of the summer for Wii Sports Resort. I was wondering where Shigeru Miyamoto was during Nintendo's E3 presentation yesterday. Turns out he was just hiding, biding his time until he could reveal one of the two things I was looking for from Nintendo: a new Zelda for Wii.

When it comes to the Wiixclusive Grand Slam Tennis, it's gonna be all about the Slams and the tennis greats who make them worth watching. In the same way, Electronic Arts shows that they know how to make their grand slam title worth watching now that they've brought a tennis great to Los Angeles, raising the bar for all special guests to show in the expo. Their special guest is none other than 14-time Grand Slam winner, Pete Sampras.

As promised, here is one of the two games that Conduit developer, High Voltage Software, will unveil this coming E3. Coming soon to the Nintendo Wii is Roman brutality at its finest - Gladiator A.D. IGN got in touch with the devs behind the new Coliseum bloodbath and they talk about what gamers can expect from the new game.

Red Steel 2 looks good so far. Admittedly, that assessment's based only on the little bits of it we've seen, but on paper, the game definitely seems like a step up from the original. Despite the generally good hype surrounding it, though, the mandatory inclusion of MotionPlus is making the developers a bit nervous. Creative director Jason Vandenberghe even admits that it's a rather risky move.

Nintendo's most recent financial report has revealed part of the company's release lineup for the next few months. Frontrunners include the Wii MotionPlus-powered Wii Sports Resort and, of course, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Note that these titles are first-party only. Also, this list is far from definitive, so watch out for more Nintendo announcements during E3.

German gaming mag N-Zone has been keeping tabs on more Red Steel 2 details, so now we learn more about Ubisoft's first brave stab with the Wii MotionPlus. Among the good details found is that the sword and the pistol won't be the only weapons that you're gonna be packing - there's also an upgradeable shotgun to make cream puff out of them baddies. Great news for those eagerly waiting for Nintendo's Wii MotionPlus accessory. EA Sports has recently announced that they're moving up the releases of two of their upcoming Wii sports games to coincide with the MotionPlus launch.

It's that time of the week again, so here's your week's recap of all things Nintendo. This batch is a little heavy on the Wiixclusives, starting with Final Fantasy IV: The After Years stirring up quite a buzz with its multiplayer support and rumored June 1 release. There's also a lot of buzz surrounding the latest Time 100 list, which apparently got hacked to spell out a message. Now we're not quite sure if the rest of that list actually means something, or if we just have a list full of random names. Anyway, we've got updated emulators in the bunch too, so be sure to check out this week's Nintendo Weekend Warrior.
