Now that Ignition Entertainment has picked up  Muramasa: The Demon Blade, we can now take a look at what the end result will be like. Fans of Valkyrie Profile might want to give this one a shot, because the 2D gameplay and the solid art direction really brings this title to life. Check out this gameplay vid.

Vanillaware's Muramasa: The Demon Blade had a bit of a bumpy ride on its way to an American release, but Wii owners can now sleep soundly as the game has been picked up for stateside distribution by Ignition Entertainment.

Feeling nostalgic? Ignition Entertainment and SNK Playmore announced the upcoming release of The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga for PS2, PSP, and Wii. The game will feature five KoF titles, over 60 playable characters, and a Colour Edit Mode where you can customize your favorite fighter!

A few months ago it was confirmed that the US release of Samurai Shodown Anthology for the Wii and PSP will have all seven titles of the series in its roster, including Samurai Shodown V Special. A new press release has announced the anthology's release in Europe for this winter - but with only the initial six titles?

Obscure: The Aftermath is bound to hit shelves pretty soon, but that doesn't mean that you can't get it for free on the Nintendo Wii. Guess who's swinging by stores in UK this Easter? Atari along with Ignition Entertainment has announced that the King of Swing will be hitting shelves in Europe with the release of George of the Jungle for the Nintendo Wii and DS.

Ignition Entertainment has announced that George of the Jungle will soon be hitting Europe. This side-scrolling platformer based on the popular Jay Ward classic will be available for the PlayStation 2, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS video game consoles.

In George of the Jungle, players swing, run, jump, climb and charge their way through the Jungle, collecting bonus items and overcoming an assortment of obstacles along the way. A lot of characters from the old Jay Ward series also make an appearance, including Ursula, Magnolia, Dr. Scott, the Witch Doctor, Shep and of course Ape.

George of the Jungle will be released in Europe in Q1 2008. That's still a long way off, so check out these screenshots of the Wii and DS versions in the meantime.
