 Benyboybob (aka Ben Lloyd) has released the Wii ISO Patcher, a simple GUI he made for waninkoko's classic IOS Version Patcher. Instead of dealing with command lines, you now simply have to browse for your ISO. As the author said, it's nothing ground-breaking, but it will make your life a little easier.
