IIt turns out that German Wii listing for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney was true, after all. Capcom has confirmed that not only will Ace Attorney hit the download service but so will Justice For All and Trials and Tribulations. Reign in your objections and hit the jump for evidence.

Homebrew coder Uffe Flarup is back to release a new version of Sand Traps, a homebrew multiplayer puzzle/platform game for the Nintendo Wii. The latest update has added a new multiplayer level and some other improvements.

Homebrew coder chris_c has released the initial version of WiiNetPuzzle,  a homebrew logic puzzle game for the Nintendo Wii. The objective of the game is to use the Wiimote to rotate each tile until they all link up with the center tile.

The Dolphin Team has recently released a new update of the Unofficial SVN build of Dolphin, a Gamecube and Nintendo Wii emulator for Windows. The latest SVN build offers lot's of new features, bug fixes and various improvements.

Those in Europe who still don't have a Wii might be interested in this one. Nintendo will be releasing a limited edition all-black Wii system bundled with Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort. Yes, it'll include a black Wii, the recently-announced black Wiimote and Nunchuck, a black MotionPlus, and even a black Classic Controller Pro.

Shigeru Miyamoto himself has said it - they'll be moving along with the progress of technology and he wants to see games with better graphics. Couple that with the rumor that a graphically-superior Nintendo DS is on its way, then perhaps Nintendo has been busying itself with preparing new hardware. For now, they're working on existing hardware, turning white controllers black, and enlisting balance boards in the fight against terrorism.

Homebrew coder Minishlink has released a new update for MLlib, a simple and easy to use library for the Nintendo Wii. The latest release is now compatible with the latest DevkitPPC r18 and libogc 1.8.0.

Nintendo has announced a date for the US release of their black Wiimote and Nunchuk combo. Prices too. Soon Wii owners in the US can at least add a splash of (non-)color to their Wiis without having to go the modding route.

There's still a lot of doubt about fitness games on the Wii actually making anyone fit, but Everlast seems to think that they could make sure that you do, at least a little bit. Homebrew coder Megazig has released the first version of MegaCodeDownloader, a cheat code downloader for the Nintendo Wii. The homebrew is open source and features wiimote support.
