Call of Duty can make you wanna kill this little guy? No way - Image 1It doesn't even have to be a real dog. Apparently, killing a dog in a video game is disgusting enough. This is according to the Animal Rights Club of the Academy of Notre Dame, who is protesting the canine killing spree in Call of Duty: World at War (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii, DS), saying that killing animals should not be a form of entertainment. Wow, the game nitpicking doesn't stop.

Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon - Image 1Yes, yes, I know what you're thinking: "Ohnoes, not another Spyro game..." The first three games on the PSOne were cool but after a while, Vivendi made a mess of things. Meanwhile, the Legend of the Dragon trilogy's a bit of a mixed bag so far... So maybe this third and final installment will make up for all that. Dawn of the Dragon was released last week, just in case you need reminding. But more so, maybe you still need more convincing? Here's a video with the cast of voice actors: Frodo Baggins, that other Goth Chick, and some other familiar faces.

Ghostbusters logo - Image 1It was a bit of a letdown when Activision Blizzard didn't include Ghostbusters: the video game (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, DS, PC) in its list of releases for the remainder of 2008. Vivendi, however, indicated that all is not lost as they will be exploring other options on how to release it. The game will have to come in 2009, but someone has to pick up the publishing reins first.
