2K Games Licenses Epic Games' Unreal Engine 3 - Image 12K Games, the studio that brought us such games as Bioshock, Civilization IV, and the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, has announced that they are developing a new lineup of games that will be using the Unreal Engine 3.
