Don't let his robes fool you - you may have more in common with Trinley Dorje than you think. He's only 24, listens to hip-hop on his iPod, and enjoys a good round violent video games. Yes, you read that right - this Buddhist leader enjoys good old-fashioned pwnage as much as the next guy. In fact, despite his disposition, Dorje believes that this type of games can even be therapeutic. |

You can really feel the gaming expo heat building up when more and more publishers start handing out their lineups. We've seen quite a lot of games coming to TGS 2009 by now, and adding to that list is Namco Bandai, bringing games from franchises that the merged companies are well-known for. |

GamesCom is getting closer and we've got another big publisher announcing the games that they'll be taking to the event. This one is for Namco Bandai, bringing along a pretty strong lineup that would definitely crowd their booth up. |

No ill feelings here. Tomonobu Itagaki and his ex-team have moved on -
he has a new team, Team Ninja has new projects - and he only has the
best wishes for Team Ninja and its new leader, Yosuke Hayashi. It's a
refreshing change to see the man behind the sunglasses be so positive
for a change and he even had enough compliments to go around. Good for
you, Itagaki-san. |

Another publisher formally announces its E3 roster, and for Namco Bandai, the list has to be the shortest I've seen for this year. No way they're gonna drop Tekken 6, but I thought it'd be accompanied by a few more titles than that plus a bunch of Dragon Ball games. Talk about traveling light. |
