Square Enix - Image 1Uh-oh. Square Enix is in trouble. No, they're not pulling out Final Fantasy XIII, though that alone would cause some major problems for them as well. Rather, they're being sued. Yes, Square Enix is being sued with a federal class action, claiming that Square Enix of America has "deceived 100,000 customers by not being upfront about fees and penalties."

The press release came with the heading, "2009 Game Developers Conference Once Again Serves As Focal Point For Worldwide Videogame Industry," plus a few stats on this year's events that made the whole thing, in their words, a "week of learning, networking, and inspiration."
