Tired of the flimsy four-game batches we've been having lately? We've got double the number this week, with big titles you definitely don't want to miss out on, even if you're not much of a day one buyer. For starters, there the PC version for Bionic Commando (PC, Xbox 360, PS3) and the naval strategy game, East India Company. Cherry on the icing goes to King of Fighters XII (PS3, Xbox 360),and the much-anticipated Wii Sports Resort, hand-in-hand with the Wii MotionPlus.

Spearheading this week's edition of On Shelves are a pair of mature-rated games featuring characters with arms so huge I don't think they can even see their armpits anymore. I'm talking about Resident Evil 5 and MadWorld. For the less mature-inclined, we have M&M's Beach Party and Totally Spies! Totally Party. Um, yay, I guess?

Askot's Neopop Wii homebrew emulator is for the SNK NeoGeo Pocket handheld console. Originally based on neopopUK's NeoPop/SDL , it was later on ported to the GameCube by the "Genesis Plus" team, and then converted from a PC based platform to run on the GameCube's proprietary PPS Gekko processor. Just as predicted nearly a month ago, it seems like Konami's highly celebrated Akumajo Dracula X: Chi no Rondo (a.k.a. Castlevania: Rondo of Blood) will finally be making its way onto the Wii Virtual Console in Japan next week. This and several other titles will be available next Tuesday on Nintendo's downloadable game service as part of its regular updates. Want a controller that goes well with all your favorite arcade games on the Wii? Well, we've got something that comes extremely close, as Rakuten has posted a new online page for the NEO GEO Stick 2 for the Wii.
