Did you know that before Warren Spector and Disney Interactive Studios decided on the Wii as the platform of Epic Mickey, it was originally intended to be a multiplatform game? Yeah, that's right. Had the wind blown a different direction, we might have seen this game on the PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC as well. So why did it not happen? Find out after the jump. Yesterday, we got confirmation via Game Informer that Disney will be bringing Epic Mickey to the Wii. Now that the surprise is out there, it's time to get the details.

Game Informer has officially confirmed Disney's Epic Mickey in their upcoming November issue. And because it is epic, it deserves no less than being on the cover.

Nintendo has released a list of the games coming to the Wii console this holiday season. This is a pretty long one since these aren't just first-party games and includes third-party releases as well. Also included is a WiiWare release list. Let's get right to it

The Latino Review caught the action at Disney's D23 Expo a few days ago, and they got a few words from producer Steven Linsberger. What came out of the exchange would certainly be good news for Tron-atics all over the world - Tron: Legacy is in the works.

With summer about to end, it's nice to know that we're getting more company for the Fall as big game titles start to emerge. Topping the list this week are two big titles, each for consoles and for the PSP handheld. Batman: Arkham Asylum is set to grace North American PS3s and Xbox 360s, while Dissidia: Final Fantasy is weaving its magic on the PSP -- both on the same day, Tuesday. Don't look now, but it's another four-game batch for this week, with the exclusion of the digital-only releases. This week's biggest titles come from the Watchmen, as they get released into different titles for the PS3 and Xbox 360 respectively.
