Monster Hunter 3 - Image 1Despite its immense popularity, especially in Japan, Monster Hunter 3 has one nasty little deal breaker that could jeopardize its success. If you wanted online play in Japan, you'd have to cough up and pay for monthly subscription fees to pay for servers. Luckily, Capcom now sees that that might not be such a good idea, and is now looking for alternatives to get rid of those fees.

Swiimote? - Image 1Don't look now, but it just might be possible for us to see Wii games ported to the PS3 - if Japanese developers are to have their way, and thanks to Sony's motion controller. Capcom producer Jun Takeuchi (of Resident Evil 5 fame) divulged this information in an interview with 1Up, leading up to the TGS.

Keiji Inafune - Image 1When a guy of Keiji Inafune's caliber agrees to have an interview with you and says he's interested in a collaboration, you will need more than a pinch and a slap across the face to get you back down to Earth. The guy is, after all, a legend. That's what happened to the guys at Bungie, who managed to sit down with Capcom's legendary R&D man.
