Hooked! Real Motion Fishing boxart - Image 1 If you really don't have the time to go out into the great outdoors to fish, then Aksys Games' Hooked! Real Motion Fishing is the video game for you. Today, the devs released the boxart for the upcoming video game, so you'll know what to look for when it does come out this fall.

So what can we expect from Hooked! Real Motion Fishing? It features a number of game modes aimed for casual and hardcore couch anglers, including Practice, Time Attack, and Tournament for single player, and also an online multiplayer mode. Another good thing is that you can get away from all the pesky mosquitoes that may plague you when you're fishing in real life.

Anyway, we're not saying that Hooked! Real Motion Fishing on the Nintendo Wii is better than real fishing - it's just more convenient if you're pressed for time.

Hooked! Real Motion Fishing - Image 1 We've been couch basketball players, boxers, and even ninjas - why not be couch anglers? Well, we'll be seeing more living room fishermen especially with Hooked! Real Motion Fishing.

Remember the Wii Fishing Rod from a couple of days ago? This is the video game that can make perfect use of it. The Wiimote and Nunchuk tandem will be getting players into the groove as they fish indoors. Akibo Shieh, President of Aksys Games, had this to say about their upcoming project: Armchair anglers and casual gamers into sport fishing will have a lot to look forward to in Hooked! Real Motion Fishing, with its intuitive controls and accessible gameplay.

Once you've perfected your casting and reeling, you can take the game online and challenge other players. Hooked! Real Motion Fishing also boasts of immersive gameplay via the controls, six different lakes to fish in, and three single player modes (Practice, Time Attack, and Tournament modes).

Interested? Well, this catch will be coming to the shelves this fall. Better practice and pray you don't scare away the fish.

If you're eager to see more of Arc System's Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core for the Wii, then the screens below (thank you JeuxFrance) should be rewarding. Behold, Ky Kiske, Sol Badguy, nice snazzy 2D effects, and the infamous "Destroyed" message!

Now is it just us or did Order Sol's sword get a little bigger? Probably just us. We'll play through a few round of XX Slash again and if we figure out the difference we'll let you know. Seriously though, remember that we said that the game should allow competitors to choose the mode of their character? There's a screenshot up there that should give a clue on how that works. We still don't know though how they figured out how to make a match between a GGX mode and a GG mode a fair fight.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core is set to hit Japanese retail on the 26th of July. Will it see a North American release? Who cares? Fans who dig stuff like this import anyways.

Guilty Gear XX Accent core Wii version confirmed - Image 1

The latest edition of Famitsu just confirmed our recently reported rumor that upcoming PlayStation 2 (PS2) video game title Guilty Gear XX Accent Core will also be released on Nintendo Wii. The PS2 version will be available on May 31 while the Wii version will be ready on July 26.

Famitsu also mentioned that the players will be given the option to either utilize the Wiimote-Nunchuk combination or the classic controller. Those familiar with the Guilty Gear series will agree that it'll probably take mad skillz to pull off the combos and the attacks using Wii's motion-sensitive controller. We'll see how Aksys Games will work their magic on this.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core is actually the latest version of title Guilty Gear XX to be revised and improved since it was first released back in 2002. Accent Core, on the other hand, was first released on Japanese arcades last December. Aside from improved graphics, most characters in Accent Core were also given additional moves.

Lastly, take note that the release dates mentioned above are for Japan. It is still vague as of now whether this title will hit other markets.
