Fat Pride - Image 1If you know anyone who's thinking that the Wii Fit is the fun-and-easy ticket to a better shape, tell them that they're gonna have to get used to that fat gut sticking out. The American Council on Exercise has released their findings on the effectiveness of the so-called fitness game, and what they found is that, "The Wii Fit is a very, very mild workout."

Wii Play - Image 1Nintendo may not have the most technologically powerful home console in this generation, but they are definitely top dog when it comes to sales. In North America, the company has not one, not two, but three games in the decade's top five best selling games list, including the one at the top spot.
