SSBB Grand Finale by Algus Underdunk - Image 1 Smash Bros. DOJO, the official website for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, has announced that they will be shutting down the service for user-generated content uploads, specifically snapshots, stage designs, adn replay data, beginning on June 30, 2009. No reason was given out as to why they will be discontinuing the said service.

NPD Group data: GTA4, MGS4, SSBB... - Image 1The NPD Group has released a compiled list of the top five best-selling games for each of the consoles. The report tracks sales data from the start of this year all the way up until August. Wondering which games made it to the lists? I'm sure some of you won't be surprised to see this or that title part of the list. Lots of acronym-friendly games chucked in, of course!

Super Smash Bros. Brawl in UK video game charts - Image 1The UK once again shows its love for anything Mario: Super Smash Bros. Brawl (which was only released on the region by the tail end of last month) is still smashing on top of the charts, and former hotshots Metal Gear Solid 4 and Grand Theft Auto IV are nowhere to be found on top 10. Nintendo Wii - Image 1Nintendo of Europe has released the list of Wii and Nintendo DS video games which should be coming out this summer. At the top of the list is Super Smash Bros. Brawl which will be coming out on June 27 and both versions of DS game Pokemon Mystery Dungeon (Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness) which have been dated for a July 4 launch.
