Extreme Facepalm - Image 1While professionalism has it that I reserve bashing the crap out of things, Erik Estavillo is really asking for it. Let's face it, the guy is on a suing spree from hell. Estavillo, more commonly known as "the banned Resistance player that sued Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo", is now turning his eyes to Blizzard, which is responsible for the evil moneymaker, World of Warcraft. To help make his case, he turns to Depeche Mode's Martin Lee Gore and Winona Ryder - you'll know how that "makes sense" in just a bit.

Mario and Luigi - Image 1Let me start by clarifying that this is in no way a Nintendo marketing attempt for the New Super Mario Bros. Wii coming out on November 15th (WTF if this is). This happened for real. Two guys dressed up as Mario and Luigi (presumably for Halloween), plus one other suspect, are now wanted by the police for assault and robbery on a poor cabbie.

Well it looks like Infinity Ward is already working on the next iteration of the game, if the Onion New Network is to believe. According to the report, Modern Warfare 3 will be the most ultra realistic military game ever created. Video after the break.

Donkey Kong Country 2 - Image 1The musical virtuosos at OverClocked ReMix are up to some monkey business. Serious Monkey Business, in fact. That's the name of their latest project still in the works, which is the re-imagination of the music of Donkey Kong Country 2.

Toad Stained Glass - Image 1If gaming was a religion and it put up a gaming church, then you would definitely find this stained glass design on its windows. Toad has been seen in all sorts of memorabilia, but how often do you see gaming characters on stained glass?

Condolences - Image 1After losing three consecutive games of FIFA 2008 (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS) to his brother and a friend, 17-year-old James Callaghan nearly emptied a bottle of vodka, armed himself with an axe and a long-bladed knife, and went on a drunken rampage around the neighborhood that left an unfortunate 65-year-old widow dead.

Xenogears - Image 1To this day, Yasunori Mitsuda's work remains among the best music known to gaming. In case you didn't know, Mitsuda's the guy behind the accompaniment of Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. Now, the crew of OverClocked ReMix pays tribute to the composer with the re-imagination of his work on Xenogears.

Wii Balance Board - Image 1The Wii has figured prominently in areas mostly detached from the video gaming sphere. Still, this one made me do a double take. The Department of Homeland Security is reportedly using Wii Balance Boards to figure out if people entering an airport have hostile intent.

LOL WUT? - Image 1I don't mean "out of this world" as a compliment, here. It's just fact. The movie based on the King of Fighters franchise is so detached from the game's own story that they had to set it IN A DIFFERENT DIMENSION.
