Now how is that a good thing? Example, while playing a FPS game, one can simulate gunshots from the Wiimote; this plus the force feedback is sure to give you a game experience that will surely blow your mind. Or perhaps you can use this feature for communication? Maybe we could just whisper into the controller and send audio via the console to another player's controller. Hey, some of these may be pure speculations, but we're pretty sure, once you play around with Wii, you'll find other uses for the Wiimote's speaker. |

Holy crap. A mini-speaker! Is that Nintendo's other big secret? Careful, don't tell anyone or Sony will go run in the back room and glue a mic to their DS3.
Anyway, the gun thing sounds cool and it would be great for games like "I Would Die for You" and "Where Do Babies Come From?" for those that don't know, those are the original titles for the DS games "Feel the Magic XY/XX" and "The Rub Rabbits" respectively.
Why do american names have to be so lame in comparison?
Anyway, this would also work for games like Lost in Blue where you have to blow on the fire (the mic).
Good job, Nintendo. Can't wait to see what else is up your sleeve.
it doesnt say anything about a mic >.<
i sure hope they put in a mic, maybe we could phone other wii owners, or even peoples houses lol
WTF!! E3 hasent come yet. How do u no!!?? u could be makin it up!!!
Wow, that is cool.
Cool, they could turn the wiimote into an mp3 player.
neat idea
the wiimote is getting more and more features...at this rate it might end up costing half the price of the console itself...
the 360's controller is $40...in comparison that is a pretty simple controller...so the wiimote would probably cost more
it would kinda defeat the purpose of a cheap console if each controller costs $50-$100 each...
