Wii homebrew - PCSX-Revolution rev28

Firnis released his port of the PlayStation (One) emulator, PCSX, for the Nintendo Wii and we've got not only the notes, but also a video for it in action.

For this release, the known problem has been minimized to this:
  • Rarely "Code dump" with "Show FPS" turned on. Not high priority, so just turn it off.
In the future, he plans to add further work such as:
  • Speed up. I have some ideas how to speed it up, but it will take some time. (WIP)
  • Better UI. Only after speed up.
