This guy could use the tipA lot of people seem to have found new kind of workout in the form of Wii Sports. And why not? It's fun, it's simple, and it really does get your booty off the couch. But among all the sports in it, boxing seems to be a crowd favorite. Not only does it let you sweat it out, it can also be a good outlet for your anger when your boss didn't give you that much-needed and much-deserved promotion.

So, for all you aficionados out there, we're certain you're wondering just how high the skill level can go. Photics, over at his blog shares his discovery, as well as some helpful tips on how to fully maximize your gameplay.

Now, this is how it goes. You need 1000 points in order for you to go pro. The common assumption is that 2000 was the highest mark one could get. And yet, when he got to the 1500-1600 zone, he actually fought the trainer. So, it's like the big villain boss had it been some other arcade-fighting game. After the trainer, the challengers are simply repeated.

Weirdly, though, it became apparent that once you hit the 1700+ level system, you begin losing points. Yep, that's right. This guy here actually lost rank for winning. But punching on some more, he soon realized that 2000 is not the end. Not even close. The ranking dot literally just goes off the chart.

We guess that's the challenge. You have to overcome the deteriorating points the more you win. Hey, who said keeping score was ever just easy?

Anyway, if you want to check out more of his tips, you can check out the blog by clicking on the Read link below. After all, these are all coming from a guy who got a 2,458 rank.

 » Jeez

1 person suddenly decided that Boxing was the crowd favorite. Nice. Read some forums for a while and you'll see that there's 2 main groups:

Those who like Boxing best, and Bowling worst
Those who like Bowling best, and Boxing worse

And they're about even. There are people that don't find one of these 2 the best, but these are the 2 largest groups. I'd even hazard to say I've seen more Bowling fans than Boxing.

You also have NO idea how the skill score works. It doesn't suddenly start deteriorating at 1700 points. It's a SKILL score, not a point score. That means that if you perform under that skill level, whether you win or lose, you lose points. In fact, you can LOSE and gain points if you play well enough. It has nothing to do with winning or losing.
