Something green, hairy, and pointy-eared is making its way to the Virtual Console this month, at least according to Nintendo Power. Their March issue has just announced the releases for this January, which will include Zelda: A Link to the Past and Donkey Kong Country.

The issue also mentions the release of Super Mario World (previously mentioned), which Mario fans will remember as the title that debuted everybody's favorite dinosaur, Barney Yoshi. We don't know the full details on the other VC releases at this point, though the launch is targetted to hit North America.
