From experience, most Virtual Console (VC) video game titles appear in Japan first, before they do in other markets. The other day was kind of an exception as Hudson Soft together with Nintendo of America (NoA) announced four new TurboGrafx-16 titles available for download.

Anyway, we were able to get hold of the tentative list of new VC titles for Japan to be ready this May. We say "tentative" because their prices are yet to be determined and only three have actually been dated. Here's the list, as arranged according to their console of origin:
