The original blue bomber is back in business, it seems. Nintendo Power recently revealed the true nature of the earlier sighting of Mega Man 9 on the OFLC ratings board. It seems Mega Man 9 is going to be a WiiWare game.

We've got some not-so-big scans of the article in question (it's still readable though, but it may be a bit hard on the eyes for some), and the header of the Nintendo Power article alone is enough to make the Rockman fans here in the office very, very happy. To add to that, the names of the robot masters Mega Man will be fighting have also been revealed:
  • Magma Man
  • Galaxy Man
  • Jewel Man
  • Concrete Man
  • Hornet Man
  • Plug Man
  • Tornado Man
  • Splash Woman
Yes folks, that last one appears to be a female robot. Sweet. We suggest you find yourself a copy of Nintendo Power ASAP so you can get the full skinny of the news they've put out.
