Ó

Well, we're sure that one of their branches does have them in stock. Which one, we don't really know. A Go Nintendo reader has reported that the Target branch he's working in has just gotten a fresh batch of Wiis.

Target has Wii in stock! Count 'em. One, two, three... - Image 1Target, after experiencing sold-out Wii dramas time and time again, may now see another one pretty soon if this stock isn't much. After we reported that Wal-Mart was shipping in what Wii stock they can get their paws on, it looks like Target could be rationing their share of the Wii shipments, too.

Even if Nintendo has little plans of increasing production to meet the Wii demand, the console is just as popular as ever. So if you still haven't gotten your own Wii after pursuing it across the U.S. (we hope it hasn't come to that), now might be the right time to find out if your own local Target has luckily received their few Wii's worth.

My local Target gets Wii's in. Its the only place in any city in my area that gets them in and doesn't sell them in minutes.

Yeah, right. Nobody believes that. I live in Indianapolis and EVER store has PS3's stockpiled. Wal-Mart, BestBuy, Circuit City, you name it. As a matter of fact, the last time my wife and I went to Best Buy and made the mistake of saying "they have PS3s all over the place here", the guys that worked there jumped all over us trying to get us to buy one. They've stopped ordering new PS3s until they can move the stock they have (15 systems). It's the same thing in Chicago. I'm waiting for that price drop that Sony's gonna unleash when they discover that nobody is buying their system cause we don't care about Blu-Ray (Betamax 2).
