"An amazing side-scrolling action platformer." This is what the voice-over guy in this Super Paper Mario gameplay vid has to say about it. Apparently, the guy got his hands on the game over at the GDC, which Gamespot got to cover. Fortunately, we found this copy at YouTube, so you guys can just check out the embed right here, minus the hassle of downloading the whole thing.

Anyhow, he obviously can't stop gushing about the visuals of the game, especially on that world with esoteric trees. It's looking funky, actually. But what got this writer particularly interested was the way the player can actually rotate his view by simply pressing the A button. Doing so would launch you into a 2D/3D perspective, depending on how you'd want it.

Wanna see more of the action? Then just press play on the screen below to get you launched off to the world of Super Paper Mario.
