It's been a while since we last heard about Emergency Mayhem, Codemasters' quirky-looking title for the Nintendo Wii. Now, we not only get a sign that proves that Emergency Mayhem itself is still alive and kicking, but we also get a full-blown trailer that features some very unique motion-sensing gameplay. Want to walk like a penguin? Then waggle both Wiimote and Nunchuck like crazy!

While Emergency Mayhem's trailer looks good - and the graphics look suitably cartoony and bright - there's much to be said about the game's implementation of motion-sensing gameplay. It's neat that we'll be able to emulate the motions of pumping a tire full of air, or the distinguished waddle of the proud and noble penguin with the Wiimote and Nunchuck - but it's certainly not something we haven't done before. Here's hoping, then, that it adds something new to the table, other than the fact that we can pelt monkeys with bananas.

Enjoy the video!
