The Wii version of Harmonix and MTV Games' Rock Band will be coming this June 22. This is great news for Wii owners who wanted to get a crack at this game but didn't pick up a PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360.The Special Edition bundle which will retail for US$ 169.99 will have 63 songs and five bonus songs along with drums, microphone and a wireless guitar. It seems like a pretty sweet deal for those gamers who insist on having every peripheral for the game. For those who don't want to pony up the full amount, Rock Band instruments will also be available individually on the aforementioned launch date. So far, no price has been announced for the individual components, though we're sure that we'll be hearing more about that in a bit. |

I wonder if this will also feature full mono sound like Guitar Hero. I'm guessing they'll just port over the PS2 version and probably add the mono sound feature.
At least the Wii may finally get a popular game late than never.

"I wonder if this will also feature full mono sound like Guitar Hero."
Why would you wonder that? What are the odds of the same bug being present from two completely non related projects? How ignorant would someone have to be to try to spread that rumor? EXTREMELY ignorant! Something tells me you're up to the task!

Seriously, it's amazing how you blame the Wii for Activision's Mono Mistake. And I'm pretty sure that this problem will be the first thing that the QA people look at, cause I doubt that they want to make the same stupid mistake.
Why don't you blame the Wii for hunger in 3rd world countries? Or how about world violence? I assume that you blame the Wii for having no social life...

We'd like to think that after MCS loses his job doing whatever it is, he'll be able to sweep up the debris of his wasted life, and move into something maybe more his speed, like selling his ass for cheap liquor.
