Rock Band Wii - Image 1The Wii version of Rock Band may not be getting any downloadable content, but Harmonix and Electronic Arts are still throwing Wii owners a bone in the form of the Rock Band Track Pack Volume 1.

The track pack will apparently be a standalone disc that doesn't require the original disc. Track progression will be linear like Guitar Hero. IGN says that either the disc will have a new set list or the new tracks will be available in free mode.

As previously reported, the Track Pack for the Wii and PS2 versions of Rock Band will become available on July 15 for US$ 29.99.
