Namco Bandai has an entire sleeve full of tricks this season as the company recently revealed its line-up of titles and their projected financial outcome for 2008. Many well-known franchise titles are expected to hit above their expected sales marks and give gamers something to look forward to once they're released. The chart on the side depicts the projected sales outcome of the company's 2008 line-up of games. Included in the list is the highly anticipated Soul Calibur 4 (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3), which is expected to hit 2 million sales, and Afro Samurai (Xbox 360, PS3)with 800,000 expected unit sales. Other popular franchises such as the two Tales titles to be released on both the Xbox 360 and DS are also expected to make waves. On an interesting note, Namco Bandai mistakenly listed Tales of Vesperia as having a PS3 release this year. However, the company quickly retracted its initial statement and mentioned it was a simple mistake on their part. Other interesting titles that are expected to make its way this year are the Naruto and Gundam games, with their well-established anime followings to draw in their own respective sales. Finally, the unexpected arrival of the Taiko no Tatsujin for the Wii was also projected to be one of Namco Bandai's top-selling games for the year with at least 400,000 units. Here's the translated run down of the company's hard hitting titles for 2008 and their respective sales projection:
