The launch date for the Wii version of Midway Games' Mortal Kombat Armageddon has been moved from early May to June 14. Perhaps this has something to do with all the changes developers have been implementing to the game.

The local distributor of the game, Red Ant Enterprises, had no comment regarding this delay. However, a statement was given by Steve Allison, the chief marketing officer from Midway. He said that the company promises it'll deliver a product which will be appreciated when it finally launches. We certainly hope so, Steve.

Allison was also quoted earlier this year about the game.
