Given that most of you folks are probably done with Zelda: Twilight Princess already, you're all probably looking for non-social, involving, time-sinks for your Wii.

As if in answer to reports of a Wii drought, Nintendo's American boss, Reginald Fils-Aime, reaffirms in an interview with Game head that Nintendo's goal is to release their three big titles: Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl "all this calendar year."

When asked specifically though when we'll see Metroid Prime 3 on shelves, Reggie was a bit conservative: "You know, I don’t want to commit, because in the end, as you know, Mr Iwata [and] Mr Miyamoto make the final quality decision and so that’s out of my hand. When the game is ready."
