Bringing the latest trends in gaming violence against our electronic loved ones sounds like a very saddening thing to do, much like writing the obituaries for strangers. According to their reports, a poster on Nintendo's forums found himself bereft of both his usually-docile Wiimote and a window pane after said Wiimote slipped from his grasp. He was playing Wii Sports: Tennis at the time, when the Wiimote flew out of his hands, through their window, and out onto the lawn. Said poster is now presumably grounded as a result of the Wiimote's deviant behavior.

In other news, LCD TVs have not been spared from the berserker barrage of Wiimote violence. Shacknews' Dopefish notes how his friend was enjoying the Wii Sports more a little bit more than, "bowling with too much enthusiasm and too little strap-around-the-wrist," leading to the untimely demise of Dopefish's US$ 3,500 television.

Broken windows, wrecked televisions, blood, acts of Wiimote-induced rage, and carelessness and straps. All of it reaches the attention of the eyes and ears of QJ. We feel for the unfortunate victims of these heinous crimes, and pray that the only strap that criminal Wiimote finds is the one on his straightjacket when police take him into custody.
