Merscom, creator of cool PC puzzle games such as Big Kahuna Words and Triple Word Play, recently announced its partnership with Gabitasoft.

The partnership is aimed at co-developing and publishing a still-unannounced Gabitasoft title for WiiWare and Xbox Live Arcade. If all goes well, the newly-inked agreement will also cover any future titles that will come out of Merscom and Gabitasoft's partnership.

To those who are not familiar about the two gaming outfits, Merscom serves as a publisher of video games for PC, console, and handheld platforms. Gabitasoft, on the other hand, is a game and software development studio.
