There's a new title for the MySims label, and this one's bound for the royal lane. Yup, EA has announced MySims Kingdom for the Nintendo platforms, Wii and DS. To check out what's in store in this new offering, do check out the rest of the article after the jump.

It looks like everyone's dishing out there own version of "Gamer's Day." Sega's own rendition, however, may be the one to stand out from the rest, since its multi-genre, multi-platform, and multi-franchise collection is studded with highly-anticipated hopefuls. So aside from Iron Man and upcoming game adaptation of The Incredible Hulk, Sega laid out teasers for fans of Aliens, Total War and the stealthy action title, Alpha Protocol.

According to the latest numbers from the Media Create marketing group in Japan, it seems like the same old tune was being played about the top contender in both the software and hardware sales charts. The numbers for the week of May 5 to May 11 revealed that both Nintendo's Mario Kart Wii and Capcom's Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G are once again the top charting titles in the country. Surfer Girl may have been on to something during her November post from last year. A Swedish gaming magazine hints that Nintendo is working on a Wii version of Sega's first two Shenmue games, originally released to the ill-fated Dreamcast system. Details are available in the full article.

The rumored publishing deal between Sega and Platinum Games has finally been confirmed by way of a recent press release. Someone's playing liberator again and "freeing" some of the games offered over the recently launched WiiWare service.
