Can I do a fresh install with this file? or do I have to install Theta version first?

» Answer.
You don't need to worry about Theta. Each one isn't dependant on the previous one. On a side note, Theta technically supported multigame ISO files, but this one you can technically change discs if your game has more than one disc, like Resident Evil 4 has 2 discs. Also, any save files that were created using Theta cannot be read with Xi, that might be fixed next time around, I'm not sure.

» Good to know...
Thanks, i didnt try Theta because most of my favorite Gamecube games are multidisk games (Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, etc) so i wanted to wait. Ill try this one for sure.

» Both
I guess
I guess
» No... idk
I think you have to burn both ISO's on 1 disk to use the multidisk function(how the hell do u do tat?), if its not multidisk than i think you have to burn just the single iso.
Idk this is wierd...

I believe the answer is...both, but only in the retrospect that you have to burn the ISO's onto discs. Lol. That's how backups are made.
