Dragon Quest Sword release date announced for all PAL territories - Image 1Wondering when exactly next month Nintendo is planning to release the PAL copy of Square Enix's Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors? The company has just announced that their Dragon Quest title with the excessively long name has been confirmed for a May 9 release.

Dragon Quest Swords will feature full support for the console's Wiimote. Expect to smite the game's roster of beasts by using real swings from your controller (just make sure to wear the strap). There's also the matter of the title's character designs, drawn by renowned manga artist Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball Z, Blue Dragon).

Dragon Quest Swords' PAL release will also be sporting localizations in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. The gameplay's also been revised to make it more challenging. That's the latest update we've got regarding this title - drop by again in case we receive any more news.
