Monster Hunter 3 - Image 1

After stewing Monster Hunter 3 under TBA in their press site for a while, Capcom has finally confirmed that the latest installment in the franchise that swept Japanese gamers is also getting a North American release. The publisher has also revealed that they'll be releasing eight other titles to the Wii - all within the fiscal year, April 2009 to April 2010.

Filling up the roster would be The Darkside Chronicles, Spyborgs, Resident Evil Archives, Resident Evil Zero Archives, and the Wii port Monster Hunter G which has already shipped last month - so that's a total of six. But according to their 2008 financial results presentation, they've planned nine releases for the Wii this fiscal year, leaving us to play hot and cold with Capcom as to what those three titles will be.
