We Love Golf - Image 1Japanese game publishing company Capcom and developer Camelot Software are teaming up to bring a brand new golfing sim to the Nintendo Wii game console called We Love Golf. The game boasts of the most immersive experience outside the green, and with what it has in store, it just might be right on.

Camelot has a reputable track record when it comes to golf games, having created hits like Mario Golf and the Hot Shots Golf series. With We Love Golf, the development firm says that the Wiimote will transform into a virtual set of clubs which can be swung for the most realistic experience possible.

In a press release, Capcom said that North American fans will be able to enjoy We Love Golf come 2008. There's no particular date revealed as of yet, but we'll give you an update as soon as we dig up new details.
