Last time this happened with Carmaggedon the appeal worked so that's a positive precedent. Rockstar has taken a while to build its case, so they've obviously been taking stock of what the BBFC have said. They will have to work together to agree on making the right cuts. |

Now, someone may have said this before now....but instead of cutting bits of the game completely, how about a gore and violence level system; much like house of the dead. That way there can be less complaining about where everyone stands on gore and violence (because this is what its about), because there is now an option, or if Rockstar can afford it, maybe even releasing two versions. Uncut *like pwner1 said* and censored, like the german Grand Theft Auto (GTA): Liberty City stories.
